Recurrent Need

Recurrent Need
The need for socks is a "recurrent need". This means that the need is constant.

The Homeless put their socks through more wear and tear in a week than most socks see in a year. Most are forced to sleep with their shoes on to prevent them from being stolen, and they spend most of their days walking. Foot wellness is a major concern for overall physical well being.

A documentary is being filmed by Mark Horvath. Mark travels throughout the USA and allows homeless people to tell their own story.  Mark gives away socks as he travels, for he recognizes the important role that clean socks play in the life of someone on the street.
